Exploring Consignment
The Vintage Queen is an Estate Liquidation Store offering an alternate way for estates to liquidate personal property items in lieu of an in home estate sale or for valuable unsold items after an in home estate sale.

All consigned items are personally selected and curated by the owner, Vicki Lynn. Our consignment contracts are in 90 day increments and our consignment fee is 50%.

The Vintage Queen primarily consigns on volume with individual estates; however, on occasion will consign a few select pieces.

Collecting Information
Provide a grouping of photos with the items you have to consign and your contact information at the "Contact Me" link below.

Scheduling a Private Consultation
Upon receipt of your contact information and photos, a Vintage Queen representative will reach out to you with additional information and/or to schedule a private in home consultation.

The Consultation
During the private consultation, different options will be discussed regarding the services the Vintage Queen can provide for your unique situation. Sample copies of contracts will be provided for your review and any questions regarding the process will be addressed at that time.

The Process
Once under contract, a date(s) will be scheduled to select, inventory and transport the consigned items to the Vintage Queen store. All items are placed on the sales floor within 3-4 business days of pickup. Any items priced under $20 will be inventoried as miscellaneous and all other items will be individually inventoried. We use the Clover Point of Sale System for inventory and sales and all items are barcoded to a category created for each individual estate/consignor.

Pay Day
At the end of the 90 day contract term, a sales report is generated for all items sold with the grand total sales less 50% consignment fee and the balance due to you. The report and payment is provided within 15 days of the contract end date. Any items left after 15 days of the end of the contract period will become the property of The Vintage Queen.
